Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

  • All tickets purchased are Will-Call. This means that the ticket purchaser’s name will already be on a list of ticket holders by the time they come to the door.
  • Ticket purchasers must bring two (2) pieces of government ID to verify their ticket. If you have bought tickets for other people, they must arrive with you and also present valid pieces of ID.
  • Print a copy of your purchase receipt and present it at the door. It will help accelerate the admission process.
  • All tickets purchased are non-refundable, except for in the case of event cancellation. Island of Music will issue refunds for the full value of the ticket purchased if the event is cancelled. Make sure you properly spell your name and email address at the time of buying your ticket(s), so we can contact you if needed.
  • No minors are allowed in the evening concerts, the Afro-Latin Groove show or the Jamming Session. Minors may attend the movie screenings and the Kid’s Talent Show.

Festival Pass Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the Festival Pass, you agree to the following:

  • The Festival Pass allows you guaranteed admission to all the evening concerts. However, for admission to all the other Festival events including dance workshops, movie screenings, kids’ shows, the Latin Jazz concert and the Jamming Session, given the relatively small size of the venues, you are required to reserve a spot at no extra cost. Just contact us well in advance. This system is put in place to maximize admission and allow others the opportunity of enjoying these activities, if you were not attending.
  • Dance Workshop attendance is limited. RSVP for this as soon as possible.
  • The Festival Pass is non-refundable, except for in the case of event cancellation (same Terms & Conditions as for general ticket sales apply here).
  • The Festival Pass holder’s name will always appear in the Will-Call list. Two (2) pieces of government ID are required to be admitted each time you wish to attend an event.
  • The Festival Pass is non-transferable. This means that the ticket holder cannot give their pass to another individual. Festival pass transferability is only acceptable before the Festival begins on Oct. 16th. You must contact us to inform us of such change.
  • Giving your pass to somebody else so they can attend the events is a serious offense that undermines our efforts. Anyone caught defrauding or attempting to do so will have their pass annulled and no refunds will be issued to them.
